4 Powerful Lessons Behind Steve Jobs’ Insane Genius
Steve Jobs, the legendary co-founder of Apple, is often celebrated for his visionary leadership, marketing ingenuity, and perfectionism. But what many don’t know is that his genius wasn’t confined to a single source.
Jobs was a paradox: a man who sought simplicity in his creations yet possessed a mind of immense complexity.
He has this innate ability to glean inspiration from all walks of life, from the mundane to the extraordinary, and use those lessons to shape both his personal life and Apple.
Here’s what you can learn from Steve Jobs’ life.
Recruiting talent
In Walter Isaacson’s biography of Jobs, we learn that he was inspired by none other than J. Robert Oppenheimer, the “father of the atomic bomb,” when it came to recruiting talent for Apple.
Oppenheimer led the success of the Manhattan Project by assembling a team of brilliant scientists to build the atomic bomb.
He was known for his ability to attract the best minds and Jobs wanted to create the same kind of environment at Apple.
